Man Charged With Heroin Possession In Stony Point

STONY POINT, N.Y. – A 19-year-old New Windsor man is facing drug charges after he was arrested in Stony Point last month, police said.

James Giuttari had been wanted by police in connection with a criminal mischief case in New Windsor, Stony Point authorities said.

He was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and fourth-degree criminal mischief, police said.

Giuttari was released in the custody of New Windsor police and is to appear in Stony Point Justice Court on Tuesday, Oct. 4, to answer the drug charges, police said..
