State police said on Thursday that Haverstraw resident Rudy Estevez was facing public lewdness and exposure charges after being observed masturbating by a female driver that was next to him.
According to police, while stopped at a stoplight on Route 32, Estevez was caught touching himself inappropriately. While engaged in the act, police said Estevez kept leaning over the passenger seat, attempting to get the female driver to look at him. Instead, the woman called 911 and Estevez was stopped and arrested on the Palisades Parkway by state troopers.
Estevez was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court and was released on $1,000 bail. He is due back in court on Tuesday, March 14.
