Garnerville TD Bank To Collect Donations Friday For Thiells Fire Department

GARNERVILLE, N.Y. -- The TD Bank branch on W. Ramapo Road will be stepping in to help the community Friday, collecting donations and then offering its own contribution for the Thiells Fire Department.

"As a true neighbor of the Garnerville TD Bank Store, the Thiells Fire Department provides safe, cost-effective and high quality fire protection services to its community," TD Bank said in a statement announcing the fundraising effort.

Money collected Friday will be used to purchase new equipment for the volunteer firefighters or to update other equipment, according to the bank.

"Help us support the Thiells Fire Department by stopping in to donate," the bank's statement said.
