Police Seeks Help In Finding Missing Upstate Man

The New York State Police is requesting the public’s assistance in finding a missing vulnerable adult from upstate Tupper Lake.

Edward Clement has been missing since 5 p.m., Thursday, March 3.

Edward Clement was last seen in the Tupper Lake area of Franklin County at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 3. He is believed to be operating a 2011 red Dodge Ram pickup truck with the New York registration ENY-6414.

Described as a white male, 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighing 157 pounds with white hair and green eyes, Clement was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, red and tan jacket, black jeans and Sorrel boots.

Clement may be in need of medical assistance. Anyone with information is asked to immediately call the New York State Police at 518-873-2750 or 911.
