North Rockland Will Enjoy Warm Temps Through Saturday

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland residents can put away those sweaters and enjoy more warm, non-November-like temperatures through Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

An area of high pressure will result in continued warm and mainly dry weather through Thursday, then a warm front will bring isolated showers, higher humidity and slightly cooler temperatures that will last until Saturday, reported the National Weather Service.

The forecast for today through Saturday includes: 

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 73. 

Wednesday night: Mostly clear, low around 51. Calm wind.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, high around 66. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Isolated showers after 4 p.m.

Thursday night: Scattered showers, mainly before 4 a.m. Patchy fog after 1a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. 

Friday: Mostly cloudy. High around 72. Isolated showers. Patchy fog before 9 a.m.

Friday night: Isolated showers before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. 

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 60.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 40.
