ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. – New York State’s fight against sexually transmitted diseases is going strong with the shipment of 612,000 condoms in 2014 to health departments, colleges and agencies in the Lower Hudson Valley, who then offered them free to social service providers or safe-sex educators, reports lohud.
