Bici will open Thursday, Jan. 21 and serve modern Italian cuisine.
The Don Bosco alumni opened his second restaurant in Ramsey by popular demand, DeVanzo's business partner Marcelo Gambarato told Daily Voice.
"A lot of our customers come from Bergen County and they are always asking us why we are not down there," said Gambarato, who studied at the Culinary Institute of America.
"So we chose Ramsey for this new restaurant because Anthony is familiar with the town and we both love it there."
Bici's menu includes a wild boar sausage with fresh tomato and cacia cavallo. There is also a grass fed filet mignon with parmesan and egg yolk ravioli, truffle, and green beans in a sangiovese syrup.
The restaurant will be "somewhere in the middle" in terms of price relative to other dining options in the area, Gambarato said.
Bici will seat 52 patrons, be bring-your-own-bottle and feature a Daily specials menu.
"Our ambitions are to make people feel right at home when they come to Bici," Gambarato said.
"We want them to have a nice meal, enjoy time with family and friends, and keep coming back for more."
Bici is located at 61 East Main Street in Ramsey.
