Kristin Keeble, age 54, of Pageland, South Carolina, admitted to transmitting threats to injure another person across state lines, according to the US Attorney's Office of the Northern District of New York. Man Accused Of Threatening People At Basketball Game At Sports Club In Yorktown A 44-year-old man was criminally charged after threatening people at a basketball game held at a Northern Westchester sports club, police said. Pelham resident Joseph Francis III was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 20 following an incident at the Solaris Sports Club in Yorktown at 201 Veterans Rd., Yorktown Police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 23.  According to the department, just before 7 p.m., multiple callers told police that a man was screaming at people and threatening them at a basketball game held at the club. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the school on N. Park Drive. According To New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks, an investigation determined the threats were not credible, but a search of the building was conducted out of an abundance of caution.   No evidence of any safety threat was found.
