The incident occurred at Kerhonkson Elementary School around 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13.  According to Ulster County Sheriff's Office Capt. Boy Charged After Emailing Bomb Threat To Police In Northern Westchester A 13-year-old boy faces criminal charges after emailing a bomb threat to a police department in Northern Westchester, authorities announced. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Saturday, June 1 just before 10 a.m., when the Yorktown Police Department received a threatening message, the department announced on Monday, June 3.
