Oil Truck Driver Pinned Under Truck Severely Injured At Hudson Valley Home, Police Say An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Thursday, Oct. 31, around 9:30 a.m. near 88 Buckingham Court, in Pomona. According to Haverstraw Police Chief John Gould, the truck driver was found conscious but had sustained multiple injuries. The Fire Department and EMS arrived on the scene and extricated the driver. Police Find Tractor-Trailer With Large Crack In Frame During Inspection In Northern Westchester Police in Northern Westchester are defending the need for roadside inspections after removing one truck that had been traveling with a damaged, sagging trailer.  The damaged tractor-trailer was discovered during a roadside inspection conducted in Lewisboro, the Lewisboro Police Department announced on Wednesday, July 31.  According to the department, the truck was stopped after a Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Officer officer noticed an inappropriate sag in a section of the trailer.
