Boy Charged After Emailing Bomb Threat To Police In Northern Westchester A 13-year-old boy faces criminal charges after emailing a bomb threat to a police department in Northern Westchester, authorities announced. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Saturday, June 1 just before 10 a.m., when the Yorktown Police Department received a threatening message, the department announced on Monday, June 3.
