Nelson Juarez Nunez, 24, stole property from tech repair store GeekHampton on Monday, Sept. 14, the Southampton Town Police Department said. Woman Trying To Help Injured Deer Struck By Car, Airlifted To Hospital In NJ: Police
A 24-year-old woman was flown to a New Jersey hospital after she was hit by a car while trying to help an injured deer, authorities said. At 11:43 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, officers responded to Route 206 and Patricia Drive, where a Lake Hopatcong woman was found lying in the roadway after she was struck by a white Mazda while attempting to aid the injured animal, Mount Olive police said. The woman was airlifted to a hospital, while the driver, a 29-year-old Flanders woman, remained on scene and was not injured, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.
