22-Year-Old Stabbed To Death At East Patchogue Apartment Complex
A 22-year-old man was stabbed to death during a fight at a Long Island apartment complex. Officers responded to the Heatherwood apartments in East Patchogue, located just steps from NYU Langone Hospital, for a fight at around 8 p.m. Sunday, March 30. Once on scene, they located Justin Evans suffering from a stab wound to his neck, according to Suffolk County Police. Evans, of Bay Shore, was driven by private vehicle to NYU Langone, where he was pronounced dead, police said. No suspects had been arrested as of Monday afternoon, March 31. A murder investigation is underway after a 27-year-old man was found stabbed to death on a Long Island beach. Suffolk County Police responded to Blue Point Beach, at the end of Blue Point Avenue, after a passerby reported a body on the beach at around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 4.
