Hudson Valley Man Shot In Foot, Police Search For Suspects Police are investigating and searching for suspects in connection with a shooting that left a Hudson Valley man wounded. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, at Broadway and Jefferson Street in the village of Monticello. Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police said responding officers found a 22-year-old Monticello man on Liberty Street who had been shot in the left foot. Woman Dead, Man Injured During Shooting In Region Police are investigating after a woman was found shot to death in a vehicle and a man badly injured in the region. The incident occurred in Sullivan County around 12:30 a.m., Monday, May 28, outside of Building 2 of the Sleepy Hollow Apartment Complex at Terri Lane in Monticello. According to Lt.
