Man With Prior Offenses Charged With DWI In Route 44 Stop
A wanted Dutchess County man is facing a felony charge after being busted for driving while intoxicated for the second time in the past 10 years by state police on Route 44 in Pleasant Valley, according to state police. New York State Police troopers from the Poughkeepsie barracks on patrol at approximately 3:30 a.m. on March 31 in Pleasant Valley stopped Amenia resident Christopher Principato, 42, for traveling in excess of the posted speed limit, according to a report released on Tuesday.
