Monroe Police Apprehend Robbery Suspect With Public's Help
MONROE, Conn. -- A robbery suspect was arrested Wednesday night after assistance from the public helped Monroe Police Department identify the man. Police posted a photo from a surveillance video and asked the public to help identify a suspect who stole two cartons of cigarettes from the Exxon gas station on Dec. 11. "The Monroe Police Department would like to thank the community for its help and support in keeping Monroe safe," it said in a Facebook post.
