Trapped Driver Rescued After Crash Near Town Hall In Dutchess County A driver was rescued from a mangled vehicle after a crash near a Dutchess County town hall. The crash happened at 12:38 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, on Route 52 in front of Fishkill Town Hall, according to the Rombout Fire Company. Responding crews found a driver inside the car and began efforts to rescue him. The crash scene was then turned over to Town of Fishkill Police for an investigation.  No information about the driver's condition or what caused the crash was immediately released.
