Morning Home Invasion In Nassau County Leads To Quick Arrest: Police
A Long Island man was arrested for a home invasion on Tuesday morning, July 14, police said.
Muneshwer Udit, 53, of Valley Stream, broke into another residence in the town around 9 a.m., the Nassau County Police Department said.
Udit took “assorted items” from the house and fled the scene, but police quickly identified him as a suspect and announced his arrest Wednesday, July 15, according to authorities.

A Long Island man busted into a designer shoe store and stole a safe, police said.
Frank Cirillo, 54, of Valley Stream, was arrested Tuesday, July 14 for the break-in at Jildor Shoes in Cedarhurst back on Thursday, June 25, the Nassau County Police Department said.
Cirillo broke into the shop around 7:30 p.m. and removed a “large safe” with cash inside, investigators said. He got away for slightly over two weeks before detectives identified him as a suspect and arrested him, according to authorities.

Guiliana Hillgrube, her 33-year-old mother Gabriella, and her 70-year-old grandfather Gabriele Jasper, were identified on Wednesday, July 15 as the victims of the crash two days prior, according to New York State Police.
