Drunk Driver 'Violently' Resists Arrest After Erratic I-684 Stop In Hudson Valley, Police Say A traffic stop on Interstate 684 in the Hudson Valley led to a violent confrontation with an intoxicated Connecticut man who resisted arrest, authorities said.
