Homicide Suspect At Large After Northern Westchester Incident That Left Man Dead Authorities are asking for help from the public in finding a man believed to have been involved in a Northern Westchester homicide.  The Peekskill Police Department is currently searching for Walter F. Bustos-Solis, who they believe was involved in an incident that happened on Monday, June 10, the department announced on Tuesday, June 18.  On the day of the incident, at around 3:40 a.m., Peekskill officers responded to an altercation on the 900 block of Main Street in the city and found a male victim, identified as Carlos Rodriguez, with severe cuts to the lower part of his body.&…
