Mother, 2 Children Pulled From Burning Northern Westchester Home A mother and her two young children were taken to a hospital after they were rescued from a burning residence in Northern Westchester. The blaze began on Friday, May 31, around 2:45 a.m. at 38 Park Ave. in Bedford Hills.  Responding police and firefighters soon realized that three people were trapped inside, according to Assistant Chief Zachary Patierno of the Bedford Hills Fire Department.
