Hudson Valley Man Sentenced To Prison For Sexual Abuse Of A Child A Hudson Valley man was sentenced to years behind bars for sexually abusing a child under the age of 11. According to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler, Justin Babb, age 41, of New Hampton, a hamlet in Wawayanda, was sent to prison for 18 years and 10 years post-release supervision on Wednesday, Dec. 4. An investigation found that Babb, who will also be registered as a sex offender, engaged in anal sex with a child in Orange County. Teen Fleeing From Police Killed In Hudson Valley Crash A 19-year-old Hudson Valley man is dead after being hit by an SUV while allegedly engaging police in a pursuit. Orange County resident Noe Dominguez, of New Hampton, a small hamlet in the town of Wawayanda, died around 7:20 p.m., Saturday, June 22, at the intersection of Route 6 and Dolson Avenue in Wawayanda.
