Hudson Valley Man Shot In Foot, Police Search For Suspects Police are investigating and searching for suspects in connection with a shooting that left a Hudson Valley man wounded. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, at Broadway and Jefferson Street in the village of Monticello. Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police said responding officers found a 22-year-old Monticello man on Liberty Street who had been shot in the left foot.
