Man ID'd As Victim In Fatal Crash In Region, Driver Charged A 28-year-old man from the region has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash in which the driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter.  The collision occurred in Greene County at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, on Route 54 in the town of New Baltimore. Hudson Valley Man Admits To Manslaughter In Drunk Driving Crash That Killed Girl, 11 A Hudson Valley man faces years in prison after admitting to manslaughter in a drunk-driving case that killed his 11-year-old passenger in a four-vehicle crash.  Orange County resident Yeraldo Roa, age 35, of Port Jervis, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter on Friday, Oct. 4, in a case where he was found to be driving at twice the legal limit.
