A Connecticut man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman walking her dogs in a Putnam County, NY neighborhood, authorities said.
Fairfield County resident Craig A. Kropa, 39, of New Fairfield, was arrested following an investigation into a public lewdness complaint in the Putnam Lake area of the Town of Patterson, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday, June 12.
