Driver Injured After SUV Overturns, Closes Exit Ramp On I-684 (Update) This story has been updated.  A crash that shut down an exit ramp during the Thursday morning, April 23, commute in Northern Westchester left an Orange Couty driver injured after her vehicle overturned, authorities said.  The incident happened a little after 8:30 a.m. on the southbound side of Interstate 684 near Exit 3 for Route 22 in the Town of North Castle, according to New York State Police. The MTA officially launched its Spring 2025 Customers Count Survey on Monday, April 21, giving riders of the subway, bus, Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), and Metro-North a chance to share their thoughts on the state of their commute.
