A 42-year-old woman was killed in a late-night crash in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, near the Speedway gas station on Route 9 in Hyde Park. An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. A man had to be carried around 60 feet up a rocky Hudson Valley gorge after crashing into it, authorities said. The crash happened in Putnam County on Sunday, Oct. 6, when an all-terrain vehicle crashed down a cliff in Cold Spring at the gorge on Mill Road, according to the North Highlands Fire Department. A teenage girl was severely injured after jumping out of the back door of an Omni bus following a flat tire.
