A Hudson Valley, NY community is grieving the loss of the 27-year-old daughter of the owners of a local restaurant, who was killed in a homicide at her Pennsylvania apartment late last month.
Anne Tso, 27, of Philadelphia, originally from the Rockland County hamlet of Pearl River, was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a residence on the 2600 block of South 9th St. just after 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
