Know Him? Man Wanted For Using Stolen Credit Card At Long Island 7-Eleven, Police Say Do you know him? Authorities are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who allegedly used a stolen credit card at a Long Island convenience store. Suspect Nabbed In 7-Eleven Robbery On Long Island A suspect was arrested in connection with a robbery at a Long Island 7-Eleven store. The incident happened in Oceanside, at the 7-Eleven on Atlantic Avenue, at around 5:20 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13. Nassau County Police said a man entered the store and began removing around 20 cigarette boxes from behind the counter. He threatened an employee before leaving without paying. A short time later, officers arrested 33-year-old Anthony Candelaria, of Oceanside, on suspicion of third-degree robbery. He was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

Man Sets Off Fireworks At Long Island 7-Eleven, Remains At Large: Police Authorities are searching for a person who caused an explosion at a Long Island 7-Eleven and his two accomplices. It happened on Wednesday, May 29 in Elmont. Just after 11:33 p.m., Nassau County Police said that a man walked into the 7-Eleven located at 254 Elmont Road, lit a single firework, and threw it into the store’s middle aisle. The explosion caused a fire, which the Elmont Fire Department was able to extinguish, and damaged the store shelves and merchandise. Police described the suspect as a Black man with a slight build.
