More Than 2K Lose Power In Overnight Orange County Outage Power has been restored to more than 2,000 Orange and Rockland Utility customers following an overnight outage when a fuse was blown at a substation. More than 2,000 outages were reported at approximately 9 a.m. in Goshen and Florida. Two hours later, just a handful of outages were still reported, with an estimated time of restoration no later than 2:15 p.m. to all customers. An official said that power was restored to the area by diverting power from areas not affected by the outage.
