Westchester Woman Faces Child Porn Charges
A Westchester County woman is one of two people facing child pornography charges following an investigation.
Dilicia Aguirre-Orellana, age 22, of Yonkers, and 33-year-old Jonathan Rivera, of Brooklyn, were both charged with production and receipt and distribution of child pornography, according to an announcement on Monday, Feb. 28, from Damian Williams, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Aguirre-Orellana was also charged with possession of child pornography, Williams said.

A 28-year-old Orange County man has been charged with sexually abusing and raping a minor, police say.
New York State Police say Joshua Vitek, 28, of Highland Falls was involved with a sexual relationship with a person less than 15 years old.
Vitek was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 25 and faces the following charges:
First-degree sexual abuse, a felony
Second-degree criminal sexual act, a felony
Predatory sexual act against a child, a felony
First-degree rape, a felony

A 25-year-old woman and her 20-year-old boyfriend have been sentenced to years in prison for the rape and sex trafficking of a teenage girl they also captured on video, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Franeisha Patterson, of Newburgh, and Cally Graham, of the Bronx, were each sentenced to a total of 18 years in state prison in connection with the December 12, 2017, forcible rape and sexual assault of a teenage girl in a Newburgh apartment, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

A former Orange County teacher's aide has been found guilty of two counts of rape and other sexual offenses against a teen boy, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
Mary Thompson, 46, of Montgomery, was convicted Monday after a bench trial before Orange County Court Judge William DeProspo, of two counts of rape, two counts of criminal sexual act, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, for having sexual intercourse twice with a boy who was under seventeen, said the DA's office.
