Popular Bagel Shop To Open New Location In Hudson Valley Three years ago, during the COVID-19 pandemic, a Hudson Valley couple came up with the unique idea of stuffing their favorite foods into homemade bagels. Well, a few years later, that idea—now Moonrise Bagels in Ulster County in Woodstock—has been so successful that the couple has been featured on the "Today" show, and their "yummy" New York-style bagels are shipped nationwide through GoldBelly.
