Clarkstown Has Two-Thirds Of Rockland Power Outages As trees continue to tumble and the snow settles in, the number of people without power in Rockland County continues to grow, including in Clarkstown where more than two-thirds of residents have no electricity.  According to Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehman, as of 1 p.m. Thursday, 9,000 people are without power in Clarkstown and 14,400 in Rockland County.  In addition, Orange and Rockland are reporting that some of the outages made last throughout the weekend, Hoehman said.
