Residents Invited To Clarkstown Police Award Ceremony

Clarkstown residents are invited to come out and support the latest officers being honored during the annual Clarkstown Police Department awards ceremony on Sunday at the police department.

The event, which begins at 9 a.m. at the department at 20 Maple Ave., New City, will honor officers who have gone above and beyond in the line of duty.

Following the award ceremony, guests are invited to take part in the Rockland County Chief’s Association annual Law Enforcement Memorial Service at 11 a.m., in front of the Rockland County Court House, 1 South Main St., New City.

This service honors the ultimate sacrifice made by 29 officers from Rockland County.
