Clarkstown Police Department Adds Two Officers
NEW CITY, N.Y. -- Tom Rolston and Ryan Fay have successfully completed the Rockland County Police Academy and joined the Clarkstown Police Department as officers.
The Clarkstown Police Department has welcomed Tom Rolston and Ryan Fay to the force.
