Motorists on southbound I-87 experienced heavy delays in Suffern during the Monday morning commute after a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer.
The incident, reported just before 8 a.m., occurred on the ramp of I-287, blocking the left lane. The truck was lifted and removed from the scene hours later at around noon.
