Expect Delays: Repaving Will Cause Delays In Suffern

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. - With the holiday weekend approaching, motorists traveling through Rockland County may see delays as the Highway Department completes scheduled road resurfacing on Spook Rock Road in Suffern.

On Thursday, the Rockland County Highway Department announced that crews would be resurfacing Spook Rock Road from 245 Spook Rock Road to Viola Road.

Weather permitting, roadwork and delays are expected to begin at approximately 7 a.m. on Friday, May 26. Residents in the area have been warned that they too may experience temporary closures and detours in the area.
