Man Caught With Pound Of Pot In I-87 Stop A 19-year-old man was allegedly found with a pound of marijuana and several grams of concentrated marijuana and arrested during a traffic stop on I-87 in the Town of Newburgh. State Police stopped the vehicle on Monday, Jan. 21 around 8:30 a.m. for a traffic violation. Police’s interview with the driver, Yousef O. Kashef, 19, of Forest Hill, established probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle. Police then discovered approximately one pound of marijuana and 15.3 grams of concentrated marijuana.
