Townhome Fire Injures Two, Destroys Bedroom In Hudson Valley A fire destroyed a second-story bedroom in a townhome in the Hudson Valley, causing injuries to the residents, including burns and respiratory problems.  The incident occurred in Poughkeepsie around 6:10 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 12, at 13 Tall Tree Lane. One Dead In Hudson Valley Condominium Fire One person died when a fire broke out in a second-floor Hudson Valley condo unit, officials announced. Crews from the Arlington Fire Department responded to the Greenbriar Condominiums on South Road (Route 9) in Poughkeepsie at approximately 6:35 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, where there was a report of smoke coming from underneath the sink of a unit.
