Police are asking the public for help with leads in a shooting that left one man dead and another in critical condition in the Hudson Valley.
The shootings took place around 3:15 p.m., Friday, March 26, in Rockland County in the area of 34 Monsey Blvd., in Spring Valley.

Police have identified a man who was found shot to death on a Hudson Valley roadway on Memorial Day.
Tyriq Seward, an 18-year-old former Rockland County resident who lived in South Carolina, was killed around 9:50 p.m., Monday, May 31, in Spring Valley.
A Spring Valley Police officer was on patrol on Crispus Attucks Road and heard multiple gunshots in the area, Detective Matthew Galli said.
Responding officers found Seward, formerly of Spring Valley, lying in the roadway on Rose Avenue where he was pronounced dead, Galli said.

A seriously-injured Rockland County driver was flown out by medical chopper and his 2-year-old daughter was also hospitalized following a freak accident Thursday morning, May 6 on Route 287, said NJ State Police, who were seeking witnesses.
A wheel became dislodged from a northbound vehicle, bounded over the median, and crashed into a southbound Ford Fusion in the area of Exit 58 just south of Skyline Drive in Oakland shortly before 8:30 a.m., Trooper Charles Marchan said.
