School Bus Driver Pleads Guilty In Pedestrian Death Following Hit-Run An Orange County woman pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a crash without reporting the incident in connection with the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian by a school bus last year. Deborah Berrios, 52, of Plattekill, pleaded guilty before Orange County Court Judge William L. DeProspo, on Monday, June 24, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Woman Charged With Leaving Scene Of Fatal Hit-Run The driver of a passenger bus has been arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal hit-and-run incident. The incident was uncovered around 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, when City of Newburgh Police officers responded to the area of 301 Robinson Avenue for a report of a male struck by a vehicle, said Det.
