Man Charged After Drugs Found In Car Blocking Sparkill Driveway, Police Say A vintage Cadillac that was being towed in Sparkill after blocking a driveway overnight was loaded with marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said. Members of the Orangetown Police Department were dispatched were dispatched to a Route 340 home at approximately 11:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, when a local resident reported that a 1973 Cadillac had blocked his driver and he wanted it removed.
