A new restaurant serving up a menu of local, seasonal American dishes in a “contemporary and casual setting” is now open in Westchester County.
Town House officially opened its doors in the heart of New Rochelle in September 2022.
Its name is an ode to its three-story restored, historic building that hosts dining, parties, art exhibits, and other community events, the company said.

Westchester Man Known As 'Free Spirit, Avid Athlete' Dies At Age 44
A Westchester County resident known for his love of sports and adventurous spirit has died at the age of 44.
John Theodore Grandefeld, of Eastchester, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Sept. 24, according to his obituary.
He was born in New Rochelle and spent summers in his childhood at the Larchmont Shore Club.

A Westchester man has been sentenced to state prison for killing his mother by strangling her to death.
New Rochelle resident Daniel Flores-Arteaga, age 28, was sentenced to 17 years in state prison, with five years of post-release supervision, on Thursday, Sept. 15.

Westchester Restaurant Owner Sentenced For Failing To Pay $23K In Wages To Employees
The owner of a Westchester County restaurant was sentenced for failing to pay more than $23,000 in wages to eight employees.
Paul Hurley, age 57, of New Rochelle, was sentenced on Wednesday, Sept. 14, to three years of probation and ordered to pay full restitution to the victims, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Rocah announced.
In June, Hurley pleaded guilty to failure to pay wages for failing to pay eight employees of Hurley's Steakhouse and Pub a total of $23,114 for their work between October 2018 and June 2019, the DA's Office reported.

A man has been sentenced to prison for sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl, causing a pregnancy.
New Rochelle resident Braulio Ramirez, age 49, was sentenced to 17 years in state prison, with 20 years of post-release supervision, on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
Between October 2019 and September 2021, starting when the minor was 11 years old, Ramirez subjected the victim to intercourse and other sexual acts on multiple occasions, which resulted in the victim becoming pregnant, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.
