Hudson Valley Man Behind Bars For Making Terroristic Threat, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with allegedly making a terroristic threat and narcotics possession after threatening to blow up a government building. Ulster County resident Michael J. Bassile, age 37, of Esopus, was arrested on Monday, July 15, by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. According to Capt. Hudson Valley Duo Charged With Gun, Drug Possession Two Hudson Valley men are behind bars after being charged with gun and narcotics possession following a traffic stop. The incident occurred in Orange County on Monday, June 10, in the city of Newburgh.
