Speed Demon: Man Issued 106 Tickets After Police Chase Into Westchester From Rockland A speeding driver from New York has been charged with fleeing a police officer and other charges and issued 106 tickets after failing to stop for a traffic infraction. Joseph S. Salazar, age 26, of the Bronx, was arrested on Wednesday, June 28, for the incident which took place in Rockland County in the town of Stony Point on Sunday, May 28.
