An alleged drug dealer is facing federal charges after allegedly selling heroin and fentanyl that led to the fatal overdose of an area man.
Montague, New Jersey, resident Robert Ciervo, 25, has been charged for allegedly participating in a conspiracy to distribute narcotics, which resulted in the death of 36-year-old Westtown resident Richard Beauchesne earlier this year.

An alleged prostitute has been charged in connection with the death of the head chef of the glitzy Cipriani Dolce restaurant in Grand Central Terminal who was found stuffed in a garbage can in a motel room.
The body of Andrea Zamperoni, 33, of Queens, was discovered by New York City Police around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the Kamway Lodge & Tavern in Elmhurst, a dumpy Queens motel, after officers responded to a call of an unconscious man, said the NYPD.

Man Admits To Selling Heroin That Led To Overdose Death In Area
A 29-year-old man has admitted selling heroin to an area resident who died of an overdose.
Alban K. Rowe, 29, of Walden, pleaded guilty on Friday, June 21 before Orange County Court Judge Robert H. Freehill, to criminal sale of a controlled substance for having sold heroin to the man at a residence in the Village of Montgomery, at approximately 3 a.m., on July 18, 2018, Orange County District Attorney David Hoovlersaid.
The man subsequently died of a heroin overdose, Hoovler said.
