Boyfriend Nabbed In Hudson Valley For Fatal Stabbing Of Woman
A Long Island man has been apprehended in the Hudson Valley for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend to death.
Wayne Chambers, age 49, of Medford, was arrested on Friday, July 30 in Orange County in connection with the Thursday, July 22 murder of 46-year-old Sandra McIntosh, in Holtsville, said Suffolk County Police.
Chambers, 49, was apprehended in Newburgh by Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives, members of the City of Newburgh Police Department, the New York State Police, and United States Marshals Service.

'Love Triangle' Stabbing Leads To Attempted Murder Charge For Area Woman
A Hudson Valley woman has been indicted on charges including attempted murder in a connection with the alleged stabbing of a woman during what might have been a 'love triangle' disagreement.
Ariana Sanchez, age 22, of Newburgh, was charged on Monday, July 19, said Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler.
The indictment alleges that on Saturday, June 19, Sanchez repeatedly stabbed another woman multiple times, including in the chest, back, and leg in the area of Lake Street in the City of Newburgh.
Following the attack, the victim was admitted to St. Luke’s hospital.…

A Hudson Valley man on parole was busted for alleged possession of a loaded gun and drugs during a traffic stop by state police.
Orange County resident Tyrone Burkes, age 33, was arrested on Thursday, July 15, in the City of Newburgh during a traffic stop, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel.
According to Nevel, Burks was a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop on Farrington Street in the city of Newburgh.
