The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the Main Street Deli & Grocery at 390 Main St. in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, after arriving on the scene, officers identified Westchester resident Shane Williams, age 39, of Peekskill, as the suspect. 23-Year-Old Found Shot In Broad Daylight In Hudson Valley A man was found shot on a city street during an incident between several people in the region. The fight occurred in Dutchess County at 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 24, on Mill Street in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, officers found the injured 23-year-old Beacon resident on the street; all parties were still on the scene. Figlia said the unidentified victim was transported to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. Suspect On Loose After Teen Stabbed In Broad Daylight In Hudson Valley Police iare searching for a suspect in connection with an altercation that left a teen stabbed in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, around 4 p.m. in the area of Main Street and South Brett Street in Beacon.  According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, the victim, a 16-year-old, suffered a superficial wound to the leg and was treated and released from the hospital.  The investigation is ongoing.  This is a developing story. Dutchess County resident Richard Bulson, age 40, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27, for the Saturday, Sept. 21 incident on Main Street in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, an investigation identified Bulson as responsible for the alleged crimes. Suspect Nabbed In Fatal Shooting In Hudson Valley Police have made a second arrest in the 2022 murder of a 32-year-old man in a housing complex parking lot. Khyree Pratt, age 23, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 5, in connection with the 2022 murder of Lionel Pittman in Dutchess County at the Forrestal Heights housing complex in Beacon. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at around 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, at Looper's Plaza, located at South Avenue and Wolcott Avenue in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, the department received a 911 call regarding something happening at the plaza. Man Killed, Officer Injured In Head-On Area Crash, Police Say A 49-year-old man was killed and an officer injured during a two-vehicle head-on crash. It happened in Dutchess County shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, in Beacon. Derron E. Holmes, of Beacon, was killed in the crash involving a Subaru Outback and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. According to Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson, of the Beacon Police Department, Holmes was driving the Subaru in the area of Fishkill Avenue in Beacon, when he collided head-on with the Jeep.
