Pedestrian Struck By School Bus Involved In Four-Vehicle Crash In Westchester An 85-year-old man was struck by a mini school bus on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester following a four-vehicle crash, police said. New York State Police troopers were called to the northbound lanes of the Sprain Brook Parkway at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in Elmsford, where there was a report of a "serious motor vehicle crash" near the I-287 entrance ramp. The initial crash forced the closure of the right and center lanes on the parkway.
