New East Ramapo Schools Chief Faces Challenges, Says Predecessor

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The East Ramapo Central School District has a new interim Superintendent Deborah Wortham to replace Superintendent Joel M. Klein, who departs Oct. 31, according to The Journal News.
